Returns

We love our brand and we really care about your satisfaction!  We are happy to accept returns within 14 days from receipt of your order if the item has original tag, packaging, and has no signs of usage. Please note that returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use.

 

To register your return request, please follow the instructions below:

·         Email our team by info@beyondskinme.com with your order number and details of your item.

·         You will receive a response from our team within 2 (two) working days with instructions on how proceed with return.

• Upon receipt of your return, we will process your refund within 15 days and send you a confirmation e-mail.

 

Return shipping is free within UAE.

For all other destinations, we do not offer free returns, however we can provide a return label at a preferential rate and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. The return shipping fee will be based on the amount paid for the initial shipping cost of your order.
